Cotton-linen blend in relief structure
garment dyed, exclusively at OSKA
By weaving a fine cotton yarn and a slightly thicker linen yarn, our fabric producer, a German weaver from Upper Franconia, developes a checked pattern. In the following dyeing process, the fabric shrinks - the cotton percentage shrinks more than the linen. The different materials also absorb the colour to different degrees.
This gives the textile an irregular and very interesting surface with transparent areas and an individual and natural colour effect.
